Sharing Power Bank Type-C Cable

*Welding process

With the continuous progress of technology, the Type-C line also has more choices, but not all lines can be welded, and they must meet the corresponding standards.

  1. Full welding point: the welding point must be full, and the solder joint cannot collapse;

  2. Step welded: the welding point needs to be firm and cannot fall off;

  3. Full solder: The solder should be full and no depression appears.

  4. Oboxy: Welds cannot oxidize during the welding process. Oxidation will reduce the performance of the solder and affect the welding quality.

  5. The solder joints are shiny: the welded wire should be gloss. During the welding process, the welds cannot be covered on the line;

  6. No defects: During the welding process, no defects were found. There are obvious defects after welding;

  7. High temperature resistance: During the welding process, the phenomenon of black in vitro can not occur.
